NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

All current members of the Papua New Guinea Institute of Directors Inc. (“PNGID” or “the Institute”) are hereby advised and warmly invited to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

DATE : Thursday, 30 April 2026
VENUE: Aviat Social & Sporting Club, Conference Room, Konedobu
TIME: Registration from 5:30 pm | AGM commences at 6:00 pm

A virtual (Zoom) attendance option will be made available to registered financial members upon request.

2. Board Elections

i. Nomination forms are available via the PNGID website and Secretariat Office.
ii. Only financial Fellows and Professional Members are eligible to:

- Nominate or second nominees
- Stand for election
- Vote during the elections

iii. All Board positions, except for the Treasurer’s role, are open for election unless otherwise
iv. All nominations must be submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to the AGM

3. General Business – Agenda Submissions

Members wishing to submit items for General Business must do so in accordance with Clause 17.6, no later than seven (7) days prior to the AGM.

4. Access to AGM Reports

AGM reports, including the Annual Report, will be made available via the PNGID website: www.pngid.org.pg

5. Member Eligibility

Only financial members for 2026 are eligible to attend and participate in the AGM.
