Clarence Hoot is the Managing Director of the Investment Promotion Authority of Papua New Guinea. As Managing Director, he sits in various Boards such as the Petroleum Advisory Board, the National Institute of Standards and Industrial Technology and the Investment Promotion Authority.

Mr. Hoot has represented Papua New Guinea in numerous capacities, including in the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) in which he was the first Papua New Guinean to be appointed as a Co-chair to lead discussions in the Investment Expert Group. He is also an active member of the Regional Investment Analysis Group with APEC Study Centre at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia.

Mary Laimo is currently employed by the Bank of South Pacific Ltd as the Head of People Governance & Control in its Finance & Planning Strategic Business Unit. She has over 36 years of experience in banking and finance which includes stock broking both in PNG and Australia. She also has strong analytical skills, financial and management accounting skills, operations risk analysis skills, strategic planning, people management skills and is well versed with payroll functions.

Mrs Laimo is the Deputy Chairlady on the Board of Post PNG and currently Treasurer of the Finance and Private Sector Savings & Loans Society. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from UPNG and is a Fellow of the Certified Practicing Accounts of PNG. She has a Senior Manager’s certificate from the Melbourne Business College.

Christine Sumbuk, is a passionate consultant trainer in Leadership, Governance and Management.  Her work covers all sectors of society from private and public sector to the church, NGOs, youth based and community level organization and cover more than 30 years of combined experiences in training and development, monitoring and assessment. She has an MBA from the University of Waikato, New Zealand and a Bachelors in Economics from The University of PNG.  As well as being a board member of PNGID, she is also the Interim President of the PNG Learning and Development Society Inc.,  and of past a founding Board member of The Voice Inc,. She manages her business; Ace Consulting and Training Services and have work experience in  both, in UK / Republic of Nauru and PNG).

Stanley Thomas Joyce CSM, is a distinguished business leader with dual citizenship in Australia and permanent residency in Papua New Guinea. Stanley has made significant contributions to both the business and sports communities, earning the Companion of the Star of Melanesia (CSM) in 2012 and the Queen Elizabeth II 60th Anniversary Medal in 2013. He holds several key directorships, including Chairman of Westpac Bank (PNG) Limited, City Pharmacy Limited, and Mainland Holdings Pty Ltd, and is a Board Member of South Pacific Brewery Limited. Active in business networking, he is a Director of the PNG Business Council, a Fellow Member of the PNG Institute of Company Directors, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GMAICD), and the Honorary Consul for the Kingdom of Netherlands in PNG. Stanley's career includes roles as a General Consultant at Joyce & Co, Managing Director at South Pacific Brewery, and various managerial positions in the food industry. He holds a Management Diploma from Deakin University and a Chemistry Certificate from Meadowbank Technical College.
